Material- my iPhone and a dark room 
Process- I went into a dark room and turned the light mode onto my phone and moved the phone side to side to cause the blurry effect. 
Idea- the idea is the restlessness of ADHD. The feeling of wanting to move, but having to sit there staying still.

 For this piece I want to continue with how it feels to be on medicine. I’ll set up a wall with newspaper, and have a person sitting in front reading a book. I’ll use photoshop to blur the words on the newspaper out.

  Materials- iPhone camera  Process- 1st photo I took a reflection of the mirror   2nd photo I had a friend hold the camera facing her then took the photo of her reflection   Idea- the idea is of ADHD medication and the focus it creates without any distractions

  Materials- my photo, glue, and a cutting tool.  Process- I turned my photo into black and white and used different tools to get different sizes of circles. I used a knife to cut out the circles to turn them.  Idea- My idea for this project is the feeling of focusing while having ADHD. When trying to focus nothing seems quite straight.
